After serving as Victorian Auditor-General since 2016, in 2023 Andrew was reappointed for another 7-year term. Andrew has over 35 years of experience in public sector external and internal auditing at the federal, state and local government levels. He was the Auditor-General of Queensland from 2011 to 2016.

Tina Kim is the Deputy Comptroller for State Accountability in the New York Office of the State Comptroller. She previously served as the Office of the New York City Comptroller's Deputy Comptroller for Audit. Tina is member of the Government Accountability Office’s Domestic Working Group, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' (AICPA) Assurance Services Executive Committee, AICPA’s AI Working Group, and CPA Canada’s AI Working Group.

Dave is responsible for operations at VAGO, overseeing corporate services and VAGO's audit business units (financial audit and parliamentary reports and services). A key focus of this is delivering better and lower-cost outcomes for our clients and the wider Victorian community.

Dr Liming Zhu is a Research Director at CSIRO and former head of Data61, Australia’s national digital and AI research capability, and is a conjoint professor at University of New South Wales. A recognised leader in AI engineering and responsible AI, he contributes to the International AI Safety Report, OECD.AI work on Risks and Accountability, ISO AI standards, and Australia’s AI safety standards and guidance.

Bola Oyetunji is an experienced leader with senior public and private sector roles in Australia and internationally, and qualifications in economics, finance and executive leadership. After starting his career with two Big Four firms, he joined the Audit Office of NSW in 2001, moved to the Australian National Audit Office in 2018, and returned to Sydney as Auditor-General for NSW in April 2024.

Yee-Fui Ng is an Associate Professor at Monash University who researches public law and political integrity, and a 2021-22 Fulbright Scholar. She is the author of Combatting the Code: Regulating Automated Government Decision-Making in Comparative Context (Cambridge University Press, 2025). Her work has been cited by the High Court of Australia, State Supreme Courts, federal and state parliaments, as well as various government inquiries.
