FULL PROGRAM DETAILS COMING SOON

IMPACT 2026 will explore how performance audit can respond and adapt as governments confront system‑level risks and long‑horizon challenges and opportunities. This includes topics such as digital transformation and artificial intelligence (AI), audit impact, and strengthening public sector decision‑making and accountability. The program will support delegates to share practice, be challenged by new ideas, build capability and expand their professional networks.

DAY 1 will explore how AI, data and emerging technologies are rapidly reshaping the world in which performance auditors operate. Through global perspectives and real-world examples, we’ll unpack the opportunities, risks and ethical challenges ahead, including what it takes to maintain trust, integrity and accountability in our changing environment.

DAY 2 will focus on 'what next' for the performance audit profession. We’ll explore how performance auditors can adapt, innovate and lead, building the skills, approaches and confidence needed to deliver real-world impact in each engagement. Packed with practical insights and fresh thinking, Day 2 will challenge us to ask, and answer, what it means to reimagine performance audit.
